We want to combine your institution’s creativity, knowledge, and expertise in a specific nanofiber application with our extensive electrospinning experience to rapidly develop your product into an industrially viable one.

How can Elmarco Incubator support your idea?

As a successful applicant, you will have access to the Elmarco R&D centre in Liberec (Czech Republic), where you can use our laboratory and industrial electrospinning equipment to develop your product at a scale and speed that you could not easily replicate.

Additionally, we can offer a variety of test equipment to characterise the nanofiber layer and a wet laboratory to prepare polymer solutions for electrospinning.

There is no “one‑size-fits‑all” scheme for how you will participate in the Elmarco Incubator, because every idea is unique and has different requirements.

Perhaps you only need a few A4-sized nanofiber samples that will only take a day to produce, or maybe you need a roll of 1.6 m nanofiber material. You might visit Elmarco for one week for nanofiber sample preparation, or you could stay for six months, depending on the scale and intensity of the project.

What are the next steps?

If you are interested in participating in the Elmarco Incubator, please complete the applicant screening questionnaire, which will help us learn more about you and your idea. Your goal is to provide enough details to help us select your product concept.

We will conduct quarterly reviews of the applicants and if your concept is accepted, we will contact you within one month of the review timing and request a more detailed plan from you.
