The perfect environment for nanofiber production

NS AC air conditioning units set ideal conditions inside the electrospinning chamber. They are a basic peripheral for precisely controlling output humidity and temperature for nanofiber production independent of input variability.

Optimised for nanofiber production

High‑quality input materials and components, a perfect interplay of physical principles, and first‑class precision thanks to an expertly programmed control unit, ensures the desired and optimal performance of the device.

The units integrate equipment necessary for all types of operating modes including dehumidification, humidification, cooling, and heating. The cooling device (chiller) is the only peripheral connected externally. This assembly allows independent control of temperature and humidity of the output air, while ensuring excellent stability and accuracy of these output specifications. Furthermore, the units provide sufficient capacity to reduce humidity down to 10% RH*.
