Development of the Human Resources Implementing the Nanospider Project.
Aim of the proposed project is to increase specific knowledge of the Elmarco´s employees in order to support succesful marketing of the innovative project Nanospider . The proposed project Nanospider Human Resources is based on in-depth evaluation of the company´s needs in terms of human resources development. Project Nanospider Human Resources solves particularly knowledge needs of the staff participating on the marketing process of the Nanospider technology. Development of the knowledge base of this specif group of Elmarco´s employees will be realized by means of 34 specific trainings split up in 3 periods, lasting in total 21 months.
